What do Bronze challenges look like?
Bronze is all about getting started. That means your challenges can be small, simple, and personal — as long as they’re meaningful to you.
Here are some example ideas for each of the five elements:

🌀 Move
Get moving in a way that feels good. This isn’t about fitness targets — it’s about doing something active and consistent.
For example:

Going for a 20-minute walk every day

Doing a weekly swim or dance class

Couch to 5k

Following a gentle yoga or stretching routine at home

Joining a local walking group
You don’t need to be sporty. Just get your body moving in a way that works for you.

🧠Learn
This could be learning a new skill or brushing up on something you already know. It should be consistent, probably weekly, over three months.
For example:

Learning to cook a new type of cuisine

Practising a language for 10 minutes a day

Taking a free online course

Starting a creative hobby like drawing, photography or knitting

You decide what learning means for you.

This could be formal or informal volunteering, helping out a neighbour, or doing something kind for your community.

Choose something that helps protect the planet — big or small.

For those who are able, Bronze Explore is a two-day, one-night human-powered expedition. That might mean hiking, cycling, kayaking, or horse riding — and probably camping. It doesn’t need to be remote or hardcore. Just plan a mini journey that feels like an adventure to you.
