Which level is right for me?

🟠 Bronze – Perfect if you're just dipping your toe in, or want to build up slowly over 3 months.
🟢 Silver – A great choice if you're up for more of a stretch and want a bit more inspiration and structure. Runs over 6 months.
🔵 Gold – Our most immersive experience. Over 12 months, you'll take on bigger challenges and receive a free book and a one-to-one coaching session to help you get the most from your journey.
